Missing shipment, virtually no help

Frustrating. It took two months to get a resolution for
two separate items which were sent from their
corporate office in LA.
They finally sent me a gift card and are replacing and
are replacing the second item, which is what I wanted, but they had no interest in why I was upset.
The clothing is beautiful, although expensive, but they have great sales and new styles come out monthly.

Ill probably get over the fact that it took two
months and lots of emails and calls to get this resolved, not to mention aggravation.

I have to go to
the store to get my gift card and the replacement dress, and I will probably buy something there again as the salespeople there are wonderful, but I wont ask for anything to be delivered again. Since I have a chronic illness and am disabled, its difficult for me to go to the store-but I love to!

Received an email from them. They would not replace the defective item but as a one time favor they sent me a credit.
It took a dogged effort to get a reply and it was not forthcoming.
This is the third experience I’ve had with their virtually nonexistent customer service , since I love their clothes and spend thousands. Slowly going downhill as far as quality and lack of service.
Buyer be very aware.
